  • I had a salesman from a major food distributor come in the other day to make my life easier.  He told me about all the pre-prepared products that would help our bottom line.  With their products we could really streamline our operations and make money!

  • I pulled out our menu and went down it line item by line item and explained that we did everything by scratch, with fresh ingredients, aged USDA Choice Beef, USDA #1 Pork, and USDA Grade A Chicken.

  • I pointed out that we prepare the food fresh, when it's ordered and taken out hot ready to serve.

  • He thanked me for my time and left.

  • The reality is that we use the best ingredients we can find to make the best food you've ever tasted.
